1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. This includes U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and others.

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout, and you can choose the option that best suits you.

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time).

3. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1 Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your shipping address.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery the next business day (if the order is placed before 1:00 PM local time).

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or national holidays.

4.2 Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, natural disasters, or logistical issues with the carrier. In the event of a delay, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided to get the latest status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Notifications and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your order’s progress.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped to appear in the system, depending on the carrier’s processing time.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We will help track the package with the carrier and, if necessary, assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. In cases where a package is confirmed lost, we will either replace your item or issue a refund depending on your preference.

6.2 Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may request that you send us pictures of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is a valid street address for successful delivery.

8. Address Changes

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.

9. International Shipping (Not Available)

Currently, Nariprnie Electronics only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you wish to place an order from outside the U.S., please use a third-party shipping service, but note that we cannot be responsible for any customs fees or additional shipping costs incurred by using such services.
